Shipping policy

Whimsy uses UPS for shipping online orders. We typically do not require a signature for delivery, and packages may be left at your door.

Once cookies leave our shop and are accepted by UPS, Whimsy Cookie Co. is not responsible for:

  • Broken cookies incurred during transit.
  • Issues caused by weather/humidity (e.g., icing color bleeding, butter bleed, edible images bleeding).
  • Damage from improper storage after delivery (e.g., left in hot/cold places, outside).
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Delays due to weather conditions or carrier errors/natural disasters.
  • Delivery issues arising from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • It is up to UPS to deliver to you in a timely manner, we cannot control the transit times.  We strongly encourage overnight shipping or 2 day shipping, instead of ground, but of course that is up to you!! 

These issues typically do not prevent the cookies from being enjoyed!

Credit for Shipping Breakage: If cookies arrive broken via shipping, we may offer a store credit for the broken items towards a future order. We require photos of ALL damaged items sent within 1-2 days of delivery to honor this. Credit is on a case-by-case basis and dependent on the damage shown. A crack in the icing (not a broken cookie) will not be considered for credit. Please email photos to ORDERS@WHIMSYCOOKIECO.COM. This credit policy does not apply to color bleeding, icing sticking, or cracked icing. We will not honor this unless a pic of every single cookie is sent to us. Â
